What is APEX?
APEX is an acronym for Advanced Programming for Exceptional Students. This is the Bartlett City Schools gifted and talented program. Students must be identified through the State of Tennessee's identification process to qualify for the program. Identified students are offered the opportunity to participate in a four hour pull out program designed to provide challenge and higher level thinking skills. Referrals for screening to be identified for the program are accepted from all sources. Teachers, administrators, parents and even students can request a student be screened for the program.
