Hello, BLE families!
My name is Amy Milzarek and I am the 5th grade sponsor for Safety Patrol. We are in the process of making our selections for the 2017-18 Safety Patrol participants. Please know that to qualify for Bon Lin Elementary Safety Patrol one must:
- Be a current 5th Grader at BLE
- Be recommended by a 5th Grade teacher
- Have and maintain good conduct
- Consistently demonstrate BLE P.R.I.D.E. (Prepared, Responsibility, Integrity, Dependability, Effort)
- Complete a short essay on why they feel they are a good candidate for Safety Patrol
- Have transportation in the morning to arrive on campus by 8:30 a.m.
If your child is selected, a Student Application Form will be sent home and will need to be returned to me within 2 school days. You can expect these to come home on Monday, August 21. The program will begin on Monday, August 28.
