About Me

Welcome to Third Grade!                

 I am so very excited about this new school year and meeting YOU!  

Fun Facts about me:

• My husband’s name is Mike, and he is retired military & MPD.
• I have 2 boys.  Brady is 16 and a junior at Bartlett High School.  Palmer is 13 and in 8th grade at Bon Lin Middle.
• Both of my boys play baseball (which happens to be my favorite sport to watch!). Brady plays for BHS, and Palmer plays for Memphis Tigers 13U.  
• I went to several Bartlett schools growing up—Ellendale and Shadowlawn (which is now the Bartlett Academy).  I am a Bolton graduate.
• I earned my Bachelors from Christian Brothers University, my masters from Union, and my +45 from Walden University.  
• This is my 21st year to teach.  Eighteen of these years have been at Bon Lin.  I started in 2nd grade and looped to 3rd 5 years ago.  Four of these 5 years I have team taught with Ms. Jenkins.  One of these 4 years, we taught 100% virtually together!
• I love Target, Hobby Lobby, Kirklands, Amazon, American Eagle, manicures/pedicures, ice cream, Dove milk chocolate, sushi, sweet tea, country music, and all things summer!
