We will be running 2 minutes and walking for 3 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. Students should be bringing water bottles and towels for our cool down/ stretching after our runs. Runners should be running one more time for a total of three times each week. This is week 3.
We run every Monday and Wednesday after school until 5:10. Please make sure that tennis shoes fit and and are good support for running.
We will run today - inside or out.
