About Us

I am Crystal Smith and I am a Memphis Native and a product of the Memphis City School system. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Memphis. The 2023-2024 school year will be my 17th year as a School Counselor. This is my 9th year at Bon Lin Elementary. I was previousIy a middle school counselor for 8 years.

 

I have one teenage daughter. I enjoy spending time with family, binge watching TV shows, and listening to music. 

 

 

This is Colleen Gideon's first year with us as a School Counselor. Mrs. Gideon is no stranger to Bon Lin. She has worked in several roles in our building and she will be a great addition to our school counseling program.
